Always liked fords tbh.

I was on the verge of buying an escort cosworth so many times.

My mums friend has one in imperial blue. Something like 8k on the clock, garaged, never driven in the wet. They paid i think 19,500 - 21,000 for it new. She was offered 30k and said no and that was like 5 years ago! I don't think they are even worth 30k now!

My favourite car I have owned is still my mini

Started as a 998cc city

Then went 1275 metro gt turbo lump in it and hle gearbox for the longer ratio

Eventually ended up with a 1380 swiftune race engine in it made by the legendary Nikki Swift

Google swiftune mini and you'll see how good they are

I'll try and find some old pics when i get home

The first car I bought was a nova 2.0 gsi turbo

i actually seen a nova Sr on the road the ova dat and made me think about being one to restore but sense tells me not to

The days are just not long enough

I had a 1275 gt mini in the past. And a mini clubman. And also a classic mini which I bought for £500 and sold for £990 many years ago

Mine was an awesome bit of kit

Hi lo's

Wide wheels

Huge arches

No back seats

Welded dexian (angle iron with the holes in) strips to the floor to fit metro seats so i could adjust them forward and backward

2 6x9s cut into the metal where the back seats would go

Small bass tube in the boot turning the car into a rolling sub

Always remember driving down the road playing luniz got 5 on it full blast to stop hearing the engine as it sounded identical to the one in the vid
