Not sure how much you should charge, maybe go for max £350, but if it didnt take you as long, charge less after doing it? My brain said £250, I might be cheap or really cant quote that well yet.

Hourly rate x number of hours = answer.
I would personally however consider allowing 2 days for a perfect finish. Day rate at £250 so £500.

Then I would sub it out to DT and get £150 for doing nothing.
My travel expenses would be 50 pence per mile and on top expect lunch allowance a swanky hotel for the night with a £50 bar tab included.

Quote for a days pay. It'll take close to it. Get some magic sponges, cream cleaner and ladder mits as there could be 'tiger stripes'. UPVC doesn't always come up nice and white when using just WFP, so be prepared to get the ladders off. You'll find that when you start on cleaning 'that' small area that's a tad dirtier than the rest you will get carried away and start looking for more nooks and crannies to clean.

Good luck.

£200 ubik with my back pack and they are going to have a out side tap for sure so no pure water needed its not a full days work.

6 times what you charge for the windows, and add a window clean on top. Take some TFR with you for the algae and use your stiffest bristled brush. The pain will be the white under the veranda, take plenty of cloths to tie to your brush to dry under there.

2 days to clean that, really?

Doesn't look too bad size wise, time will depend how you approach it, if you pressure wash low pressure ie soft wash the cladding and the G/S/F then allow to dry off and finish up cleaning the windows I'd reckon a few hours tops, just go on hourly rate mate.

Doing it WFP with some ubik pre treat I'd go 1 full day with a first light start, perhaps £300 all in.
