I made a big mistake today. Went home for lunch then couldn't be bothered to go back out. I went out at 6.30 and got cold. Worked for 6 hours. Bowl of soup. Hour in the bath. Chilled on the settee. Will pay for it tomo. Anyone else ever go home and stay there lunch time?

Lol lol lol. I try and have mine before I go out in the morn. I prob only go home twice a year for lunch. Remember why now. And it was a nice afternoon outside

I stopped for dinner today and had 45 mins instead of the planned 15, then at 2pm i went to shop and ended up having another 30 mins. so annoyed with myself i went home.

Trying to push myself to work till 4, ive not made it past 3 yet lol

Don't really do lunch, take 15 mins to walk the dog round the park, rather have an earlier finish than stay out.

The last 2 days i haven't had breakfast till about 4pm when i got home

Can't eat too early

Did have an hour in my mates house having coffee while he was on his lunch and i was doing his windows

Perks of both of us being the boss lol

I take an hour every day. Get some food down, have a Tom tit, read a book, and watch the world go by from my mobile office. For me it's quiet reflection time.

I do the same usually tolish. Always have an hour for lunch n totty watching. Not today tho

I have lots of 10 minute breaks for a quick smoke or a chat with a custy

I wasnt doing lunch but found i was spent by 2pm without stopping. so i started having a break for 30 mins but it hasnt worked yet, still had enough by 2pm.

had productive day today started work 8.30 finished 4.30 with 45mins for lunch

1000l water gone, hoping for another gd day tomorrow

If you put too much work on for 1 day that helps with not having too long a break lol
