looking £250-£300 for that in this neck of the woods, a little more if you use chems. that paving will come up amazing so there'll definatley be a huge difference to see when its done!

As mentioned above someone posted some stuff you can get from the builders merchants that replaces the mortar you have zapped when cleaning. It sounded the dogs as you just brush it in and it dries rock hard like mortar.

Aye geofix is great, quite deer but you just bill the customer for it, the good thing with it is that you can get it in different colours too to match the one youve just smashed out lol

350 days work to look mintI'd hypo 3/1 leave 30 min while having a cuppa and blitz it
Hi Eviestevie - I'm just setting up in pressure washing - Hypo seems to get the sums up from you guys - when you say you leave it on 30 min then blitz it, do you actually apply it first, wait 30, then turbo it off? Or just sweep it off with a hard brush and a low flow from the tap? Sorry if it seems a silly question but sounds like I will need some hypo in the armery but would like to know how to use it safely before splashing about :)

I've been hyping today in prep for sat sun work

No don't blast with the washer rinse with a hose and yes if use a stiff brush will only help the process

Can I ask a couple of questions:

1. If you've blasted out some of the mortar while pressure washing but some remains do you simply use geofix to fill in the gaps? Or do you take out all the old mortar first and then apply?

2. For those that offer this - how much extra do you charge for supply and fit? Do you do it per m2?

Cheers

Right cheers. So you just apply it and then rinse off? Do you PW area first to get rid of top ****?

@Eviestevie a chap I once knew used to do carpet cleaning for lots of night clubs & restaurants etc. He told me the going rates were £1 per square meter. Is there a similar structure for power washing or is it a matter of what you feel you can get away with?
I usually charge per job done a few now

I used to charge per metre but changed depending on the condition of the surface I was cleaning

I'm doing one tomo its 350 ill post a pic but will have to go back and sand

No I hypo first because it removes a lot off the muck anyway then I hypo and spot hypo after all is clean
