Water genie pole clamp test

@Green Pro Clean Ltd how do these compare with the slx in use?
i know they are similar weight, do they both feel about the same in use? is one more rigid than the other?
TBH @adamangler it took a little getting used to as I have been using only Gardiners brushes the past year but then again they took a little getting used to when I switched from Unger brushes.

These are super soft on the outside and then stiffer in the middle for the extra scrubbing power. Really starting to get on well with it.

lol i know green but i want to buy a new brush and pole and i want the lightest brush i can, brush weigh is more important than a few gram in pole weight as i found out when swapping from an extreme to a vikan two different beasts.

Yeah but the Vikan has always been the breeze block of the industry. Honestly I don't think you can compare anything else to a Vikan on a weight comparison!

330g seems heavy for me as im findinding the tecbuk a tad heavy 260gwet but having said that im diching the aquadapter for the univalve, so im not shore wat the waights r on that ?100g maby? so i think it should foel similer to the supreme maby!! only one way to find out i sapose o and +the pole is liter to sounds like a good set up:wondering:

330g is a heavy brush, no two ways about it. The heavier the brush is when dry usually means even heavier when wet- more bristles holding more water (compared to other, lighter brushes). Every "g" at the "end" of a pole counts IMO. This kind of weight can ruin the experience of a perfectly good pole IMO. I wouldn't buy any brush at that weight to be honest.

Yeh 330 is too heavy. I'm looking to go from a 22ft with aquadapter to an 18ft with univalve and an extreme brush so mat as well just buy an slx if viper comes with that brick. Also isn't the vipers claimed weight 1000g at 18ft? The slx is 990? Not sure where they are lighter is coming from?

Adam are you on the gardiner pay role??? Lol only kidding

It's coming from having put like for like SLX and Vipers against each other on the scales and found Vipers to be lighter.

At the end of the day it's horses for courses. As you all know I'm on the glass all day every day and loving the Vipers. They wont let you down and neither will an SLX.
