Trad and wfp will leave your windows perfect if the operator is not a complete numpty

I can tell you now i can do just as good a job either method..wfp is quicker and safer but not the only way to get 100% good results although that is not what the trad bashers say

If you go wfp make sure you do a good job and explain to the dubious that you will do it and any problems you will be round to sort it free asap

Soon have them converted mate

The splash and dash boys give us all a bad reputation

I'm just starting up but I'm in a pretty unique situation where I already have a 450 customer base for Wheelie Bin cleaning. As I'm collecting money I just tell them I'm starting to clean windows. The response has been great, I've picked up 20 window customers on my run yesterday, then another 9 today in another area two of them are coming to me because the wfp guy isn't doing a very good job.

I'm starting trad because I want to have that under my belt, I can't imagine turning up at a job and not being able to do it because I don't know how to!

I'll probably only take on another 15 and run them for a while until I get better and faster then see how it's going. Got to learn to walk before you can run.

While we're on the subject of trad vs wfp. A few custys that have contacted me have had window cleaners before me that did there windows wfp and didnt like it. When i asked why it was always the same answer, they werent completely clean, there'd be a few marks here and there etc, one customer, my first actually said that he left them worse than what they were. I will point out they were all the older generation though, so i dont know if its just they prefer it done the good ol' fashioned way. So just wandering if this is a drawback to wfp or is it the windies round my town arent doing a good job? Most are wfp in my town, i only know of 3 other trads in my town, my uncle, his mate and this lad i see on rare occasions just walkin round with his ladder.

perhaps the windows being left wet puts some people off not used to it?
