Yeah customer was over the moon, for the extra few minutes of effort, she recommended me to family friends and her nabourhood... Amazing what little extras can do.

Sometimes if doing a new cleanni will do that bit for nothing while doing the front as it stands out and sometimes they comment on it..that's when you say "i can do that to all your fascias if you want for x amount"

"Oh yes please when are you free"

:balloondance:

Nice going mate, looks mint. A little extra goes a long way with customers. I took over a TINY old ladies bungalow from a friend and when I went to do it, it looked like he'd never touched the white frames and above the the frames (they were filthy). So a quick go round before I did the windows and they looked great. I told her id done the frames for her and the 10 minutes it took me all together with the windows and frames went from £5 to £10.. only an extra £5 but it was her who asked how much and then said Ooo no that not enough, I never even had to put the price up she did it herself.....WINNER

That's the way to do it mate, look after your customers and they will look after you (the majority of them)

I always fo them on a first clean as a matter of course, dont do them after that though,..it would do my head in having clean frames with all that shite above it lol

I must admit after the first deep clean top frames rarely need doing after that, downstairs ones i tend to wipe with microfibre before wfp the glass, upstairs ones unless they are obvious only need doing once in a blue moon.
