I dont plan to be doing much physical work over the age of 50.

im 34 so got 16 years to get some plans together, better get cracking

My pension kicks out at 57 but no way am I going to sit in watching Jeremy Kyle all day or gardening. I intend to work 3 days a week. The attitude will be, I'm going to work because I want too, not because I have too

I see loads of customers get fed up taking wife to supermarket etc

I will work along as I physically can as that's what we're meant for - Cart horse !

on ladders the lighter you are the easier this job is . youre going to have to be/ get down to a reasonable weight or you will fail erly on guaranteed if your fat on ladders it doesnt work

I plan to be busy when i hit my 60s but busy running my business while my employees do the work

Just doing the quotes and admin etc and checking up on staff randomly

my plans all depend on me expanding in a couple of years time and building on that

Hello Den .

If you like being a windie and have good custies bop till ya drop mate ,I've been at it for over twenty years , trad until few months back, then mixed WFP trad , some jobs are quicker to do trad , but some bigger jobs (flats , offices, big detached,)wsf is the way To go.

I've had loads of work related injuries from my twenties to now 66yrs , you have to find a way to work round em .

I cashed a big part of my round in a few months back and kept some sweet stuff to play with at my leisure (£1000 x 6 wks)along with my pensions I have enough to live on nice and cushty .

Whilst I'm fit enough and I'm not a danger to myself or anybody else and the custies are happy with job I do then I'll keep rolling .

It's certainly better now knowing if it's p---ing it down or strong winds I can leave it up to the lads that have to go and make a crust , also I make a start around 10am

And wrap up around 3 pm , I can fit a bit of fishing in through week now instead of thinking I should be getting this or that section done.

Happy days mate .

Cheers Den .

Glenn.
