Hi All, Looking for some advice please :) Ive been approached to quote for this little beauty LOL its the biggest commercial job Ive had to price to date and Im just wondering what you lads would go in at? customer is looking at a clean every 2 months. All glass and frames (metal) to be included in the price. They only want the front doing on the large building also a bit on the left hand side sorry I didnt get a photo of the side but Im interested what you might charge for what can be seen in the photos?

Chuff me that's massive £350 is minimum I think ??

Could you do it all in one day - I would try for that as I reckon so

I would say there is half a days graft there £149 cheap price or £170 if they can afford it. Every 8 weeks will not be that dirty. reach and wash every thing above ground level on the big building, blade pad bottoms then blade and pad the rest of the shops with small pointer steps if you have not got one. Blade and pad all the 17 little door ways. All the door ways will have finger marks on them so blade pad will be quickest. Easy be finished half a day. Starting at 6:30am. If they want you specifically due to you been a one man band and doing a meticulous job every time charge accordingly what it will take you. If your among other quotes and want the job, and have the time keep competitive. Good luck hope you get it. If not plenty more fish in the sea

Big job, awkward access, three floors.... charge good money or it will be a burden. If it sounds too expensive to the custommer then get ready to quickly and confidently suggest a 3 month clean instead at the same rate. The time wont add much to the clean to affect you, but it will save them a lot over the course of the year.
