Its Friday night as well...... what's the world coming to?

No taking the P out of me (Green) is never out of bounds, however I had noted you extended absence and was glad to see you back. What you may not have noticed (due to you absence) that since I took on the job of moderator I am no longer (according to some members) allowed to have a personal opinion or sense of humor any longer.

Should I have to start every post with 'OPINION OF GREEN' or 'SPEAKING AS A MODERATOR'

I would have thought you would all be smart enough to realize which I am speaking as at any given moment.

So based on that the 'O being a mod going to your head' 'Oh that's great coming from a moderator' etc when it i nothing more than the regular banter has worn very thin.

The 'moderator' part of the job is reading through everything, reviewing, and keeping peace before it kicks off. You may not know this but suspect threads containing links etc need to actually be approved prior to making it to the open forums, all the trolling, adds for bulking powders etc get deleted prior to even making on here. Dealing with PM's from members upset with other members, keeping the cursing as censored as possible etc.

For those that have had a warning off of me for whatever reason, I have where ever possible done it via a PM as opposed to waving a big stick in public as I prefer the 'quiet word' approach.

If however I am failing you all with efforts please feel free to say so, it's your forum and if you're not happy with the way things are done speak up and make changes.
