Can u believe I forgot to take them lol I pass it mondayil get some came up class the rear yard was covered in extreme black lichen had to use neat hype to remove and even at that some remained lol.

Way off on price.

50 pound an hour? I aim for 25-30 an hour. I wouldn't get much work charging 50 around me.

But yeh I'd charge maybe 150 for that, that's with sanding. Would take about 5-6 hours with re-sanding, traveling

Scotland! Bunch of tight ****'s! Went round this estate and every house was North 500k with mono block drives. Every drive needed doing. Put a leaflet in every door... Not one call

I would say around 220-250 for me. I aim for a minimum of 50 an hour less costs and I have over a months worth of pressure washing work booked up solid.

I charge £2/m and an additional £1/m for re-sanding that sort of thing.

I would charge £200-£250 for that then resanding on top so would be about £50-£60 on top of that if they wanted it done. I don't charge per sqm I tend to look at how long I think it's going to take then look at it and if it's too cheap I just charge about more. Like everyone always says it's what your willing to do the job for at a the end of the day.
