ok, I've got a 400lt upright tank secured to the bulkhead in my van, I've got a 18mm metre square piece of ply strapped to it which I've srewed the pump, controller and resin vessel to, I want to put the leisure battery above the pump so I need a couple of brackets to put a shelf with the battery box on. i can screw the battery box to the shelf so it will be secure but I'm not too sure what sort of brackets and how to attach them to the ply as the battery is quite heavy. Any ideas??

Why does it need to be above ? But u cud use normal l shaped brackets or this and put a sheet wood ontop and put edge along the wood so bat no slides off.

I want it above to save space, i can screw the battery box to the shelf no problem, but would "L" brackets screwed to the ply take the weight? bearing in mind the ply is 18mm thick I'm concerned a couple of screws wouldn't be man enough.

When you say " or this" did you mean to put a photo in?
