Had an email from a customer saying she has scratches on her sills and believes its from my brush?

anyone heard of this happening before?

dont think its possible myself

Yep it could be you or a previous windy, I always clean the glass bring the pole down and adjust the brush to clean the sill with all bristles facing down on the sill

so it could be the stock? not heard of this before, strange thing is it is the bottom front windows so dont usually have the angle problems that you have on upstairs ones. I will have to get a sill brush maybe.

I've noticed a few scratches on the sills on an estate I do. I think it could be when I turn the brush to get the bits out at the bottom of the opening window. The marks are black.

Well, ive told her its nowt to do with me, never heard of it and its not possible, to be honest i thought she was making an excuse to get rid of me, shes a slow payer and always looks pained to see me.

As shaggy once said, it wasnt me

I've noticed this loads on mine recently. Look like scratches but it's just black marks from the edge of the brush (why they make the brush heads black when windows are white is beyond me??!!) Anyway, if any customer says anything then a quick scrub of any offending sills with the old magic sponge sorts it out! I'm gonna switch back to a sill brush as this doesn't happen then.

whats the benefits of flocked over the mono sill brush @daveyboy
also did you end up getting a clx 18 ? are they ok?
Didn't get a new pole in the end

Needed a backpack and a few bits so got them

Getting ro sorted very soon

Then will get a new pole

Going for slx now after thinking about it

The flocked soft gardiners brush (black one) scrubs better than the medium mixed but has really soft bristles so won't scratch anything

Does the soft brush take off bird poop?

ok cheers daveyboy, just ordered a medium mixed sill brush. was going to order a clx with it as its £40 for just a brush! but i think ill regret going from slx to clx. want a backpack also but it all adds up.

WFP stocks are generally non marking, however! Dead easy to scratch the plastic. With other parts of the brush/pole.

20 secs on each sill with magic sponge and damo's magic mix and you are sorted! @daveyboy Only gonna got the stuff th**as san**rson use mate inside for connys aint i !!!!!!!!
