used my back pack today was on full power run out of water after about five Windows is it me being over cautious and wasting to much time or does the backpack need dialling down.

Thank.

Den.

You are probably being over cautious. But you have made a start. You will get a feel for it. You will get to learn how much water you need to clean a window. First cleans will always use more water. Follow up (maintenance cleans) require surprisingly little water by comparison. I can clean three, two or three bed terraced houses with 25 litres where I live, frames included.

Nice one Mark, I used about 40 litres to do my three bed semi lol, got to start some where I guess Im thinking maybe I should have bought a trolley system time to get a sack truck now.

Checked all the window all ok except one there was a stripe think it must have drip from one of the vents?

Thanks.

Den.

If it's a gardiner backpack turn the dial so the mark is at about 4 on a clockface

Try that and if not enough slightly more

Once you are used to it you should be able to do 2 average houses with a backpack full

It's all about experience mate. After a while you'll be on autopilot and become bored with nothing to think about.

Thanks fellas just a case of getting used to it, time to watch some water fed pole cleaning on YouTube.

Nice to hear Daveyboy you have keep my right so far so that's go enough for me.

Thanks.

That's the exact trolley I have too. It's the same as the one that wagga uses with his facelift backpack. Cheap but works fine. Got a link for the straps you used?

I got rid of mine when i was dragging it down a back alley and saw how much dogshit i had all over the wheels and it was a bit old and creaky

Decided to rip the pump and battery in a box off it and leave it in the alley

Dirty buggers leaving dog **** everywhere

When i was 18 i had my provisional instructors certificate

Never carried it on though which i always regret..the climbing took over as i was doing too many things half arsed so decided climbing was the 1 for me

I have just over 4 months before the rugby season starts again

I have been toying with the idea of climbing again if I can lose enough weight before then ready for next season

It is definitely the time i was the strongest i have ever been

Hauling your own body up and down rock faces builds up serious strength. .not big show muscles but proper strength

I used to work on the rigs and have meet some big super sized scaffolder riggers etc, but most of all which was the strongest without a doubt scale for scale was the abseilers normally skilled engineers/technicians most of them were rock climber mad fcckkers as well.

I was about 16 stone trained most days had to was office staff sitting doing paperwork most of the time, funny enough weighed myself today down to 18.2 pleased with myself lol been swimming a few times a week lost half stone in about two months slowly but now in the right direction.

That's not strictly true my 2 have different starting points, backpacks are good but crazy to have to take it apart to adjust pressure

Only tried in my own garden gravel drive and grass seemed OK but not had a proper trial yet better than carrying lol, what trolley you using now.
