Had a strange customer today. I went round a few weeks ago quoted her 1st clean £40 as it included a couple of bits of facias she wanted doing. Then gave her a regularly monthly price. She was happy. So turn up today and i said i will start out the back as that had the facia sections.
Her- i would like to just stick to the quote you have me and just do back today.
Me - no what I mean is the quote was 1st clean for all the house
her- we agreed 40 you can do the front in month when you do normal visit.
me- ok cool I will just leave it at the back then
