Being bank holiday planned to go into the country out the road from all the hustle of the bank holiday.Chilling lastnight watching tv and the text comes through mate crys of from graft today usual sxite excuses. The best of it he was desperate for work this weekend

Story of my year so far. People crying for work then wen it comes to it. They either don't show or show and don't put the effortin

That's why I sacked off the young lad I had briefly working for me. He let me down like that 3times in one month. On the third time I didn't even bother booking any extra work in as I knew he wasn't going to show. Just as well I didn't.

Stay on your own chaps. Can rely on yourself. Not worth the hassle/ worry.
Not always hassle. My worker and friend Danny worked for me for years and never let me down. Only stopped working for me as I sold him the round he managed.

My current worker, martin, has had 1 day off in 4 months, and that only because his pet snake bit his hand and he couldn't grip the pole. Lol. Genuine excuse, but it made me laugh when he told me

Stay on your own no hassle and money in your pocket and you no job done right I used to have 8 pep work for me worst experience of my life but if you do employ take no **** you will get more respect but honestly you are better of on your own unless your not fussy about your work
