Just sat down with my tea to watch the local news and weather as I do most nights. Itv. Bloody football on for hours. Why can't they put it on the sport channel? Anyone whose interested in footy surely has the sports in their package? No need to take over a main channel!! Ok rant over.

I think it's good that they show it on the 'free' channels. There's loads of people who can't afford sky sports and wouldn't be able to watch the euros/World Cup if it wasn't on BBC/ITV. I can see why people who aren't into football would get annoyed with it though.

I don't see the prob really

It's a big deal for English football and itv

You say it's been on for hours but it's a major tournament

For people don't like football or itv tune in to the other million channels lol

Like @Adams0211 said a lot people who love football Carnt even afford to watch there team play

Why shouldn't us who pay our tv license be able to watch the euros which is only played every 4 years?

What about us that don't watch poxy soaps? They are on every bloody night!!

Did anyone hear the iceland fans chant last night?. Never heard anything like it......it was tribal/war like......started off slowly but then got faster and faster. Very effective, very different and best chant of the tournament so far

Was in a pub once in Iceland when a penguin walked in and asked the barman "excuse me, have you seen my brother?"
