A quick hello..!!

I've been following the forum now for quite some time as I've been in the process of setting up my business and found everything I've needed to know on here.... I would have been lost without it..! As of next Friday I'm finishing my career as a chef which I've been doing for the last 25 years and taking on my father-in-law's round..wfp.. I'm extremely lucky as he's passing on 2 weeks work to me... leaving me the rest of the month to fill which I'm confident I will, in time.! Like I said I would have been lost without all of your input on so many subjects and look forward to many more!!!! I'm very excited about the future and I can't wait to get out there.... I know it won't be easy but I love hard work and a challenge! ! Thanks chaps

Good luck, best thing I have done I needed a different direction and glad I took the plunge your already half way there all the best for the future.

Thanks Den....yeah very much in the same boat. When my father in law decided to semi retire it made so much sense as ive been helping him out for a few years and really enjoying it!! Nice one.
