Gardiners New Product

I must admit I think the uni valve looks the more suitable product for me judging by the video. I love the uni vakve

Really think this is being over thought
The univalve work brilliant. Maybe they just got it out before gardiners I remember at the start there was a big rush to gettin out And all this talk about reaching about for a pole hose to pull off

If u hold the pole at the bottom of the section. It is so simple

Guess this is another 20 quid for people to **** away .. New brush heads here and new poles here all adds up
Each to their own mate and everyone will have their preference, but with an AquaTap or this (which is more or less the same) you don't even have to move your hands to tug on hose.

Once you get the knack, it looks as though the water goes on/off by itself because anyone looking can't see you do anything but keep your hands on the pole and clean.

gardiners

seems its not good if you use a swivel neck either.

with the univalve i just stand on the pole hose & give a push upwards so don't need to take 1 hand off anyway - think that idea was someone on here

Didnt like the aquatap at all, too tight or too slack, pain in the ass to use, maybe this will be better but for now im happy with the univalve, really like the aquadapter was just a bit heavy.

I tried the univalve for a couple of weeks and then fitted them to all my poles. Only problem I've had is now and again if iv got the pole stretched out over a big Connie or on velux windows have to give it a few tugs to turn it off. When the pole has a bend in it.

What hose are you using

I found since using gardiners reinforced stuff it stretches less so turns off better

I'm using the blue hose that they have on the univalve site. It's only now and again and as far as I'm concerned there that good I can live with that. Next pole I get or if I need to re hose il give the reinforced a look. Thanks

I tried that reinforced hose for a change from the blue hose. Lasted 3 days before re fitting the blue.

When the weather is warm, that yellow stuff is far more stretchy than the blue. Just my opinion /emoticons/smile.png
