That's true but like I said people have had experience of bad and good tradders before wfp was an option..so what would they do?shop around until find a good tradder=and subsequently they would generally know trad can work well. They have almost always seen or had good tradders.
Now, if someone does a bad wfp job it can put them off ever going back to it-customers are likely to have far less experience with it since its newer and therefore won't always have met good operator's like yer kind self davey.
Subjectively, I've seen up here how they assume that the 'bad' results they have had with one company would be replicated by ANY other wfp companies. They don't always have the insight, hence I assume why you guys often seem to explain the process of how it is done right (when quoting etc).
