has anyone used osmosis?? new software for windies

Just having a look at it now as it has a months free trial

Only 6 quid a month after and looks good

I shall keep you posted

 
It is very basic but allows you to just click on a job and message them instantly for access etc and does what i need it to do

I am liking it so far

 
I gave up with osmosis

I messaged lewis to ask about having a report page for owing and he added one but i still had to navigate back to the addresses bit to edit them as paid

Made myself a new spreadsheet with formulas etc

I am good with excel but there is a template in the resources section on here that is ok

A few additions for weekly/monthly/yearly totals and a section to take off tax and expenses is what is needed

I am still fine tuning mine but will put the finished article on the resources section during the week when i know it's 100% good

 
I've been using a spreadsheet too mate, 4 pages for each week of the round, and the totals of each week are linked to a master sheet that has round total, proportion that goes to me and employee etc, one off jobs,

I would make the jump to software if I could send pre-made texts straight from the software. Like tick a load of boxes for customers owing and send an en masses text. That would makes things quicker. It's a shame there's no software you can link with your bank so the payment status can change on your software as the money trickles in to the bank. Now that would be fantastic.

I have used the template you speak of and modified it to suit my needs better, added checkboxes that are red when unchecked then turn green when checked so you can see what jobs you've done.

Added a few other bits too.

I use a Mac, iPad and iPhone and share the spreadsheet between them in the cloud so I can access it from anywhere.

Costs me nothing and works brilliantly

I'll upload it when I figure out how
