Power washing and gutter cleaning

Hi everyone. Was wondering what percentage of your window cleaning customers would get services such as gutter cleaning and power washing.

Around 75% a year get gutter cleans every one or 2 years only every had 2 ask about pressure washing

Most will have odd jobs doing if you point them out to them and your price is right.

Never really counted but i am always doing 1 off jobs for my customers like fascias, gutters, cony roof, cleaning patio, decking and a good few complete exterior cleans including all upvc, glass and anything else cleanable

Booked 4 patio and pathway cleans for end of March already for next year to be clean for spring / summer

Always inform my customers about pressure washing services, so gives me plenty of jobs in spring/summer months.

I never mention gutters as I hate doing them. Each to their own etc /emoticons/smile.png

I personally use a 15L Briggs and statton, lovely bit of kit. If your going to take on big drives, don't go any lower than 15L machine
