Help backpack not charging

hey, I've got a koaold backpack and I need it for tomorrow every time I put it on charge the charger light goes red (charging) but after 5 mins it turns green (not charging) any ideas please?

Ah gutted! Never mind it's lasted a few years, I'll order a gardiner one tonight

When checking out on gardiner it's only giving me option to use credit card or PayPal! Can't you pay by visa??

Think your right I paid with PayPal when ordering online, phone them and see if they will take debit over the phone worth a try.

Does delivery take long with them as I can't seem to see the estimated delivery on the checkout page.

If ordered in the morning they do try fir next day but not guaranteed always been good when I have ordered.

I'm due a upgrade anyhow mate just ordered the gardiner backpack! It's a **** tho because I won't be able to do some work tell it comes so I will fall behind /emoticons/unsure.png life

Always handy to have two for things like this. The money you've lost today waiting for delivery is probably the same as purchasing a second. I learned this the hard way too. I still have a backpack even with a van mount in case I have issues with it. Better to prevent these situations if you can.

Gardiner has always been within 2 days so hopefully turns up today or tomorrow for you.

Yup your right there, my gardiner one should be here tomorrow and I have just ordered a new battery off eBay to try and fix the other one for a spare!! I didn't loose out on money today as the charge left in the backpack somehow lasted! Only got 60 on the pole tomorrow and the rest is trad! I'll whip out on Saturday morning with the new backpack and do tomorrow's pole work so it hasn't worked out that bad /emoticons/smile.png
