How mutch to pay per hour.

Exactly as the title says. How mutch to pay as a starting wage?

I'm willing to pay more say after a three month trial . Wondering what to start at and what to offer . I know I can cover 30_40+ on most hours. So would be looking to give a good rise after a tryle period . So ware do I start ? And how mutch do you pay for a good guy .

£10ph on trial up to £12ph once you decide to keep them.

Minimum wage to start off with. Then £9 after trial period. Increasing to £10 within a year.

3 monthly bonus if KPI's met
