So it's pretty much what you can see as well as same again on the other side of photograph #2

Front will have to be WFP as I am in no way getting up a ladder above those kebab fence spikes.

Has not been cleaned in an age. Lots of single glazed leaded glass.

Currently the whole building is gutted and being plastered as a major refurb.

It is a tricky one as too high and I wont keep it long, too low and I will come to resent it.

Prices for builders clean and also monthly if you please.

Quoting on a builders clean is a nightmare you need to study each window for sealant and mortar hence I very rarely quote a price on a builders clean going for an hourly rate instead especially if the windows are bad

£120 builders clean £45 regularly. Got quite a few at 45_50. Find it hard to price over that or they seriously question your hourly rate. 45_50 That's a really good hourly rate. How long you Recon regular clean will take green?

Yeah that looks like a pain to do. Mind you once the building work is done, it'll be easier. Green are they refitting the windows to upvc? If so your laughing and you can keep the price low. If they are keeping those horrible old single pane wooden frame style (as it looks like at the back) then its a pain in the ****. I'd price first clean £50 and reg £20 but I'd need to see the windows up close which is hard in those pictures

If its outsides only for me i would be saying around £100 first clean then £25 for maintenance cleans. I would be having a close look at how bad those Windows are before i commit cos If covered in mortar and sealant etc you could be there all day! Be interesting to hear how this one goes

Plenty of stickers on the extension glass. Is there an orangerie on the roof of the extension?

4 weekly clean around £35/£40 depending if the ladders have to come off for the orangerie.

Builders clean, at least 4x regular clean. Even at £160 in and out builders clean would be too cheap if the other windows have plaster/paint on them.

Would you knock that job off in and out in 4 hours green?

£40 4 weekly, would like to see close up for the builders clean, then I would still probably get that price wrong haha.
