Back Up To 95 Customers :d

had 92 customers /emoticons/tongue.png Then whilst working out today i got 3 new customers.... 2x 4 weekly and 1x 8 weekly /emoticons/biggrin.png And one person rang me and said to me his window cleaner uses a pole.... but cant reach 3rd storey ! lol i said to him i can i said i dont mess about /emoticons/wink.png lool

And now got another call from another customer ! /emoticons/tongue.png

so could get it up to 97 ! /emoticons/biggrin.png

Well done, I think I only have 50 but there is a lot of weekly and 2 weekly work in there. I've been picking up a lot of one offs lately

Thats what I do but people are catching on. I think, They say ''I want done every 2/4weeks '' when I get back in the house after cleaning there windows, Ill get a phone call/email/facebook with. My husband will manage to keep the window clean now or I just wanted cleaner so I would manage to clean them my self.

Shady people I tell you, I dont mind to be honest as long as the window are relativlly clean before I clean them, I hate it when you spend x amount of time cleaning fames/sills and getting all the mud thats been building up for a while off the window for them to turn round and say ''oh we dont want done any more''

Im not sure, you could just charge them doubel and say you will refunds it after 2-4 cleans?

To be honest I expect a percentage of time wasters anyway. Once a lady said " so you charge double for a one off, what if I have one clean then cancel?" I walked down her path, got in my van and drove off..

Just charge them time and a half for the first clean... i dont do this but im planning on doing it for all first cleans once i get over 200 customers /emoticons/smile.png

i just say to them its more for the first clean. did one tonight and said £15 for first clean and £12 every month. then at least it was worth my while doing that extra scrub and time and water.

Hey, am up to 95 customers too!

But was disheartened to find that when you add them all up, it doesnt even come to £500 a month which I had hoped, its around £460, (obvisly I get more then that a month as I do "other odd jobs" for people" /emoticons/smile.png

But I realised that I now have quite a few people going at £3(lowest as I will go) this is because these poeple at these prices ONLY want the fronts or upstairs done!!
