Saw a massive increase in WFP vans this year and they all seemed to have vanished.

I can't believe its the weather, more like its harder to get work than they thought.

Two of my "stacked" out competitors always home and their "multiple" vans never seem to move.

Ho hum

My new patio has nothing to do with their dissaperance so don't bother looking there.

Will post some pics. Had a great builder do it. Fred West. Aparently his family have been in extensions and basement conversions for years. They really do put body and bone into every job!

I think its down to money management to be fair anyone can go work but not everyone can run a business theres more to this game than people think if there big spenders its game over as i and im sure most of you guys are always waiting for payments..its how you run things.

And most set up with an idea of going in cheap and undercutting

Depend i never did trad because i dont like ladders or heights.

Plus i was committed, once i start something i finish it, cant imagine going into anything with the mindset of i will see how it works out.

That's the same as me. Although I have a full time job to fall back on, I've committed to the business I've started, have took pride in it and want to see I do well. You have to work at it, may be horrible at times but take the good with the bad.
