Applied a quick SH. Aggitated with brush. Cleaned the windows, rinsed patio with hose and pocketed £40 extra for 30 mins effort.

That's why i use my karcher compact just to remove lichen etc

It will do until i build a nice 21lpm jobbie

Told them it wouldn't remove lichens right off. Told them would be another £40 if they wanted it power washing.

They chose a quick clean that's what they got. Not to mention they were thrilled with that. /emoticons/smile.png

To be fair most regular customers would be well impressed with what you did anyway

It depends what they want to pay i suppose as you can do a quick clean which looks 100% better or do the full monty but then they gotta put their hand a bit deeper in their pocket

I find with lichen after the first removal of chem if you re apply on the lichen and brush in they will go without a pressure washer
