This is only my 2 pennies worth but what's happening to the forum?

When I joined I remember laughing and chuckling away at some of the posts and having the banter!

Friday nights were the best with at least one kick off and plenty laughs

Could tell few of us had been on the bevvies!!

This post isn't intended to cause a stir the opposite and maybe bring some funny banter back!!!

It was bought up a few moths ago. Chit chat was basically becoming a social club for the regulars and too many "clicky jokes or private jokes"

I don't drink so can't really post some drivel for everything to laugh at. My normal posts contain drivel.

I think the forum needs a little shake up on some

Sub categories. Some of the topics I raise or post would be better suited to a different section.

The forum is a lot busier but it more questions, good advice and tips/tricks.

If you want loads of banter just go on facebook and start a trad vs WFP thread /emoticons/wink.png

I put on here a little while back that the Familiarity seems to have disappeared.

The likes of tolish, dinwarch (something like that), boarcity, Mr. Bump, daveyboys best mate, Jake /emoticons/wink.png, all regular members that made it feel 'familiar'.

Now I realise it cant be to clicky and over friendly as it would put off the newbies, but I do miss the guys who not only had good knowledge, but also had a laugh /emoticons/smile.png

I too miss Jakes posts (and he and I had some rows along the way) but I have nothing but respect for him, hard working young man.

The banter is still here and goes on unabated, what has stopped is the all the un-needed 'hostile' banter that has no place here. Name calling and slating someone off for their opinion or lack of understanding benefits no one.

Some users here are what I refer too as 'casual' windys, earning their dough as they go and happy with where they are so they have time to come and post frequently.

Others are noobs and less experienced so have time to be here and chat and grow.

Then there are those that are growing into hardcore businesses and time management becomes crucial hence one of the first things to get cut back on is forum time.

You may note that many of my time-stamps are silly o'clock at night or in the morning as that's when I can find time to browse and chat.

(not this post - having afternoon off)

You yourself @Eviestevie post a lot less frequently than you were a year ago. (Just an example)

Then of course there are those that come and learn all they feel we can offer and then need us no longer.

We have more mew members joining each week than ever before so we continue to grow well as a community but like all communities we will always lose members as we grow and continue to gain member, nature of evolution.
