Go cardless best thing I've ever done!

As I mentioned above, I struggle to understand why some are still letting custys choose how and when to pay instead of telling them.

With custys that like to be delinquent I just told them. 'We've moved over to GoCardless, much simpler for payment, fully automated, what's your account number?' as I stood there putting their details in via the sign up page on my website using my cell phone.

It really is so simple yet so many seem so afraid to take control of their business. They will not prosper and grow till they do.

7 days I give them ..forever sending txt out as reminders then letters then ccj.

Got rid of loads .

I'll look into card less for new year

yes same here, especially the ones that i have to remind, remind all the time its like begging them to pay you, no more than 2 leans now, you seem to get embarrased to ask them to pay you.

Me too always strive to be on time like clockwork high standard of cleans and still these people take the mick they will be getting binned in new year then when they txt me they can go back on but on but only on DD

so how do you actually get there details, do you give them Go cardless details and expect them to fill online. Whats the best way , then how do you find out they have done it

whats the best route to get this done, ill prob loose a few customers but ill get the ones im not fussed about on it first.

when ollecting and they are out that means 2 cleans to pay for the next month, this is when they dont want to pay you.

Go Cardless, if i download onto my laptop to start things off they wont deduct anything yet because i have no details in yet,

ill then get a couple of customers to try it out, then when im more familiar with it i can then start adding more, Then i can add it onto my phone to take payments on the day of clean. This seems to be best.

Ill get some flyers letting them know what & why we are going into the 20th century payment plan for my company.

Whats the best way for me to get there card details with out them thinking something dodgy might take plae.. maybe they might think too much may be taken out of there acount.

Probably attempt this gocardless thing in the new year....

Thing is what difference is it to you requesting payment via go card less or just texting to say you need to pay??

Or does it take it like a DD ...tried reading about it got bored lol ..

End of day you contact them for money via card less they still have to click to give u permission to take the coin same old story they will just **** you about for weeks

Once gocardless is set up you do the clean and click to request payment

It is all automated from there as they have already signed up and it is a direct debit

They have to do nothing

They get an email notification to inform them and as long as you have done the job so they can't dispute it the money comes out their account in a couple of days and in your account a couple of days later

5 days total and you have the money and they have done nothing

It can be integrated with cleaner planner to make it even easier

Just mark it as done and it will do the rest

To set them up you text or email them a link

They input account and email details

Job done

Then it is all automated with a click of a button
