Green pro clean training

Have you teamed up with solar Steve
No mate, there are a couple of subtle differences.

You don't get a t-shirt, you don't get a homemade certificate, you don't get stickers with my logo to put on your van and you don't get to work like a dog as a 'subcontractor' for peanuts.

What you do get is a trained (not sat in a classroom) on how to actually clean windows, how to clear and clean gutters, conservatories, drives, patios, roofs etc. But wait, you also get shown social media advertising that actually works, not theory but hard copy, you also several hours canvassing as well as shown how I canvass and up-sell services. Shown how to use Cleaner Planer and George to manage your round and help to get your accounts in order from the go. That's about it........did I miss anything?

Last year @CHWS I spent untold amounts on various 'training' courses which were nothing more than sitting in a hotel conference room and have people talk about what you should do (and they all TALK a good game) but no practical hands on training involved, when they got hit with the tough questions by those that knew more than the ermmm... we'll call them 'lecturers' they didn't have answers and would just gloss over it an move on.

On one course I attended where they were pushing their softwash solution (premixed) I asked a simple two part question 'What's the active ingredient and what percentage (strength) is it?' Not one of the three staff there (two of whom are actual owners) had any idea.

The reason I put this together is I have had several people asking if they can come work to learn but what I know took me a decade to figure out so why would I simply hand it over for nothing? You want to start out in this business you can go the route I did (and many others) get some trad tool and start knocking doors) make mistakes and learn as you go.......or you can make a tax deductible investment and hit the ground running with practical experience and knowledge from the off.

Main difference between myself and SS is what I show you will have you out making good money quickly. What I have put together is a series of processes that work quickly and effectively to maximize profits. What I do works, if you disagree you are welcome to say so as that's your prerogative and everyone is entitled to an opinion. Lee (@Bucko Jr ) Stopped by to see me on a job yesterday and can verify (sorry for dragging you in to this without asking Lee) that my methods and techniques make money. Yesterday was a £675 job that took 6.5 hours. Not too bad at all /emoticons/smile.png

On the upside we have 9 people booked in so far and 2 more provisional bookings that hopefully will confirm this week.

It's not for the seasoned pro, it's for the beginner or those recently started out looking to move up to the next level. It will not be for everyone but it' horses for courses.

Anyhow do feel free to PM me if you have any further questions (or comments) at all.

I hope it works for you but the ROI just seems hardly worth it. Your not charging any more than what you can earn on the glass really. if you was charging 3000£ for a week then i could see it working. So you earnt nearly £700 for a days work but then are gonna train people up for not much more but for a week?

I thought you was full up again and only had a few limited spaces left on your rounds according to FB? But you're gonna take a full week off and train people up.

I know you wont train people up who are near by but all your doing is creating yet even more competition lol.

9 people already with absolute minimal advertising as well, thats fab.

I have taken on a lad to take on the windows Damo.

The reason I'm keeping the price low is I'm not greedy. Simple as that.

You're right, I wont take on people in my own back yard but it's a big country.

As for only a few spaces left on the windows? There's always a 'few' spaces left

That's sneaky then on the limited spaces. I hope it works out keep us all posted.
Not sure if sneaky is the right word..... just like when Ford have a limited edition Fiesta etc. Limited to only 500'000'000 per year. /emoticons/smile.png)

Also these days with all jobs it's all about only taking on quality work as opposed to quantity if you get my meaning.

Seems a really good idea. If you've someone else doing your work while this happens it looks a good plan.

Can only help build reputation more and increase your own learning too.

If the training is for a newb on the newbs patch would the newb have enough work for a week to have a go at all the different techniques? Or would all the work be done on their house? I'm slightly confused.

We thought you came slightly confused to start with Tuffers. /emoticons/smile.png)

We generate enough work in the customers area for them to be kept busy for a week.

You have to remember thay for a noob @Tuffers they aren't going to be needing 20 houses a day to train on, just two or three.

The course is about learning and understanding techniques and systems not about having hundreds of clients off the bat you cant yet service properly just due to lack of experience. If you get my drift.

I can see this course being popular with the high flying types who want a career change and can chuck 20k at it. Buy the training buy the gear and buy a round and away you go. Or those who are already have successfull business who might want to see how someone else does it and pick up a few tips.

I can see many noobs coming from humble beginnings having 1300 quid to chuck at it but who knows.

Not that it matters as long as you can sell it happy days.

Reminds me of an office episode.

“The reason I put “If it’s in you, I’ll find it” is, if I waste good time and money looking for it, and see it’s definitely not in you, I don’t wanna be sued ‘cos you haven’t got it, so, you know, not gonna get me on that.”

I can honestly say...... WHAT?

Sounds like one of my teen age nephews waffling on. /emoticons/smile.png)

Why the dislike Pete? If you want it train you at a deducted rate of 1k:thumbsup:

mate i dont need training as im busier and got a bigge than u lol

i disliked because u r knocking someone for trying to do somethin at a reasonable price

The problem that i see with this is how does the noob know greens a professional.

What is green gets some total idiot sign up. Pays the money. Then slags off green's company all over the internet.

Not only will potential green trainees see this but all customers.

I think it's a good idea but rushed.

I value my business and brand far more than what the returns are.

I think it's a good idea but I am actually concerned for green but that's not my place to worry /emoticons/smile.png

I just asked had he teamed up with Steve , where was the knocking lol? Both training sounds similar to me. Maybe sounds I reasonable price to us but I'd probably guarantee not a lot of people will.bite at that money. My personal opinion . The forums free and all the information and help is here you will ever need. Why pay someone to give you the boot up the arsenal to start a business. You need the drive to start in the first place
