Ok, so over the years of window cleaning I've bought a few bits of work. All work I paid for ranged between 2-5 times the monthly income, though the average has been 3-3.5

After seeing a round for sale recently at over 12 times the monthly income, it got me wondering what the current trends are but most importantly what window cleaners would be willing to pay. So I created this pole.

I've given everyone the option of being able to pick 2 answers if you feel it needs a bigger range of price.

Thanks for your input.

I am sure the answer will vary depending on if you are the buyer or seller.

I have sold work at upto 6x monthly value.

Established work, well priced, all paid on line, good records, with no agro has to be worth 6x.

A scruffy note book with a list of first names and prices that should have stayed in 1982 IMO wouldnt be worth any more than 2x at a stretch.

If I were to sell mine if be looking in excess to 10-12 times value

It's a great round and I never intend on selling any work

I don't pass work on. If I get a job in a new area. The new area gets blitzed with flyers and canvassed
