Hello there I've just come home from a lomg day and read my works phone received a email from a customer saying my pole has left droplets on window upstairs o tested my water and it's 10 ppm that's after doing 5 large property's first clean included I've changed the resin now but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't leave marks as the area I live in is very good on water any views

Your pole will leave droplets, is she new to WFP? Is she complaining about droplets or spotting? How will she know if it's spotting as I doubt the windows would be dry by the time you got home.

It could be spotting with 010PPM

Inno what you mean but droplets I'm being told and that was 5 customers before I tested my water lol so doubt it would be 10 ppm when they where done . Would a customer know this ??

So you're making pure on demand in your van? TDS won't suddenly jump from 000 to 010, it will creep up over a period of time. You'll probably find you've been cleaning with non pure for a while.

Customer would only see spotting in low sun and the glass dry.

I thought the requirement to change will be about 12 15 ppm I didn't think it would spot on 10 if that Is the truth

It can spot at 010, water is soft here in Scotland and I've known window cleaners turn up for resin because it crept above 005. The problem is in the winter the sun lays low and that's when they can see the spotting.

005 at the most and i change my resin in direct sun glass can spot if its not rinced enougth tho its so easy to forget during the winter when u can rince quicker on cloudy days but this last few weeks the sun has bin strong mid day maby that was it
