Thoughts on Pricing Commercial Quote

Maybe just go by an hourly rate for the first clean. Those windows can take ages insides especially if they're in bad shape. I'd allow a days money. Obviously depending on how cluttered it is inside or whether you can get around easily. Not sure where you are but I'd want about £80 for outsides regularly.

if your very busy then just let some other cleaner do it as these can be a night mare , as soon as you touch the paint work it will start snowing paint on your head , they will mostly let water in and then they will dry with lines on if the inside are not done every time , let alone the old putty you will knock off on each pain of glass you will get blamed for if there funny

think of this as one off

never been cleaned in ages, so your going to knock your pan in do all the hard work maybe for only one clean

so price high

Flakey old Georgian window won't be a doddle best case the frames will flake slightly worst case the old pealing and flakey paint oxidises and runs milky looking water all over the place no matter how much you rinse. Some may also leak.

I would price that at £200 for the outside , looks like parking will be an issue with zig zag lines , and working in the middle of the road by the look of it ? Inside I would price the same £200 . Total £400 should take two people about 6 hours I would have thought , we do several buildings very similar to this with bad paint work and leaky windows it's not as bad to do as you might think they usually come up very well . Try and get the outside as a 6 or 8 weekly nice little job once you have it up to speed shouldn't take more than hour and a half tops ( for two people )
