I guess on a small amount you havnt got a lot of cash to keep it going if you buy a crock of git so you need to buy right ,

stop away from old traffics and the like , there a night mare to keep on the road and will cost you mega money to repair , gearboxes and clutch are night mare

old transits , rot and rot , and the last thing is rot , stop away from high miles stuff never buy a ex post office one , or one that's been used on the roads (i.e orange lights in each corner ) fine a private one owner one that's got good history stop away from the 260 as they carry northing

old shape experts are ok the standard 1.9.d is very slow and you will struggle if doing big miles each day ive got one with a 600 fitted in it as a spare van , on the upside is there cheap to work on , and ive seen them with over 300k on the clock

old shape experts that are hdi , these are great if you fine a low milage one that been looked after , however they do like to blow heads and turbos when they have been flogged to death , there not to bad to work on and cheapish to keep going

new shape experts ect at your money your going to to buy someone else problems so I would keep away from them as when they start going wrong its going to hurtyou chech on ebay and see how many are up forsale as spears and repair
