image.jpeg I am seriously considering putting money together for one of these Comet Honda petrol engined barrow bowsers for soft washing. Has anyone one got one of these or seen one working who can give opinions on the performance of them?

Hi green how's your new machine going ? I've been looking at getting something bigger than a back pack for house wash downs what would you recommend ? I to was loooking at that barrow , it was the size of it that put me off as haven't got a lot of room in the van with all the other kit any recommendations appreciated

Going by what Mr Green has said these Comet barrows are no good? Still waiting to see what info Mr Green has for me regarding best system to use

There are different size machines for different methods, for render cleaning and treatment the bowsers are ideal but it depends on what your approach to the work is.

Thanks Ben for your feedback here. So for render cleaning the above machine would be a good choice, how do you control the flow as when you don't want to spray product with it? Does it come with a tap on the line and it directs it back into the tank? I still am thinking this would be a great machine as I wouldn't have to rely on batteries and it carries plenty product for spraying.

Yes Exactly that, there is an unloader valve as it were that allows you to return some of the flow to tank. Equally closing the trigger valve will return the flow to the tank also. /emoticons/smile.png
