What you lot do on rainy days [emoji943][emoji943]

Yeah. Pure water won't be effected by light rain. Now if it's teaming down then obviously you stop. But once it stops you go again.

When i used to trad all my jobs, rain would usually mess up my day. If your using ladders in the wet, then the risk factor increases significantly but with Pure Water poles its not an issue

Depends how bad the rain is, how much work i have to do and how much i can be arsed.

Sometimes i work in heavy rain sometimes i make my excuses and dont. If its ridiculous rain bouncing off the sills then no chance.

I worked for a company years ago before working for myself and the chap who owned the company would send boy out in any weather. One time we had heavy snow roads were bad he still mad them go out. With 1000ltr ibc in back of a transit like sailing a ship lol. If anyone said not today he would only except calls to cancel or the lads would way out of daily wage what a t*** they all still work there.

This might seem harsh but as the employer he has the right to send them out in any weather as long as they are contracted to do so. If they decline to work they they would be liable to face disciplinary action.

Also he should be paying them regardless of what gets cleaned at what doesnt, weather delays are customer cancellations are not the employees problem. All the employee has to do is go out and do his job.

That's the thing though. When you have a big round and employees it's likely you'll have them out in more severe weather than someone solo who has days to spare
