WCF

Help Support WCF:

I use a bottle of solution made very strong for slip or a bucket of water and bottle of soap on my belt

Depending what i am doing i will either have my belt on with my various size squeegees and applicator or if it's a wfp job with just a couple of windows trad or insides i will just take my 14" excelerator with fliq in my hand..a cloth in my pocket and soak the fliq pad at the van first

If I'm doing a wfp job and insides I just have my boab and belt, no pouches, only because I don't have a fliq yet

I watched a couple of your mates (bob) videos last night, I always add the soap to my bucket and then dunk my soaper in the bucket but he says he adds the soap straight to the glass and just has water in his bucket, why is this?

Less wastage of soap, and you need a lot to get a good slip for the liquidator. I was going through a stupid amount of soap before. Now I add it directly to the applicator, prefer it to adding it to the glass. I use 3 pea sized dots along the length of a wet applicator with the excess shaken off, tends to do a fair bit like that

Nice one mate, thank you. I'll try that today see how I get on. I seem to go through a lot of soap. A bottle usually lasts me about 3 days.

It is mainly so you can adjust the slip

If it gets less slippy and jumpy add a spot of soap and do a few more windows

No wastage if you change your water regularly after dirty jobs etc and definitely uses a lot less soap

Thanks mate, I'm going to do this today see how I get on. I have noticed with the liquidator, it is far nicer to use with plenty of soap and I find it behaves far better if the blade itself is soaking wet. I'm used to giving the blade a wipe with a dry cloth with my old brass ones.

I've found if it gets too wet I tap the rubber on the sill before I wipe it to get rid of the excess
