a customer asked me to do the inside of course I said yes be it will be 50% more than outside and he said that's a bit steep I explained it took a lot longer as I have to get around his furniture move nets put cloths out in some areas and there is also more chance of me breaking things so my liability is more so the price is more and to be fair he understood this and agreed. but others have looked at me like I was mental . so your thoughts gents would be most appreciated

I usually just charge double

For a start, you've got the fact that you're probably wfp outside and squeegee inside so that takes longer. You've got to move ornaments and curtains and even Furniture. Usually have to struggle to reach over kitchen sink. Then you're in their house so quite often they'll start chatting. Before you know it, it can easily be double the outside time. I charge 50% more but I'd rather charge double if I could get away with it /emoticons/smile.png eg. £10 external, £25 in and out

I've never had anyone complain about paying double mate, and I do inside and outside for a few customers regularly

I always charge more than double. A £10 becomes £25. This is for the reasons already stated. Also you might have to make an appointment to do the insides and plan your day round it.

I always go steep if asked for insides as I hate doing them and have never had anyone say no. An example is a normal £15 house would be 40 to include insides on a clean. I have no problem asking this as I would be happy if they said no. I find it a right pain in the backside.

At least double. I have heard triple. In fact I took over a clean of a £35 house from a retired cleaner and his prices. £70 for the inside every third clean so £105. But this seems steep so normally double.....
