Cheap Pump

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Would a back pack pump not work for a van mount ?? Would it be working to hard my backpack pump sounds like its getting strangled if I turn it up full whack

It does look cheap but then again, it is. Anyone setting up wants to do it cheap and if this is as good as a backpack pump (I don't know) then your system will be as good as a backpack will it not and people rave about those. This pump, a battery, a charger and a 25l container, how much that cost, a lot less than a backpack I know.

that will be fine and can be run with out a flow control, it only draws 3 amps so battery will last longer

80 psi, is fine, as i think sureflo do a 60 psi, dont be fooled in to thinking that you need to pay a fortune for the biggest stuff in window cleaning, i use a motor from maplins as a flow control and never had a problem, cost be £15 compared To £90+ for a new flow control,

hi bluemonkey you say you have a motor as a flow control do you know the part no or name so i can look it up sounds ideal

ther like the ones in back pack and iv used one from red hat diveing but thers dif stiker on frunt ,so ther proberly out the same maker ,iv had it on 100 m micro bor ,but it looks as if ther no presser swicth ??????????????

thanks for that, been looking at a pump and the rest of the bits for a month or so. I now have this pump in mind and the controller is from maplin...

Selection of pump will be on your requirement as if you mostly depends on pump then its is good to buy better quality pump because cheap pumps sometimes give faults at the time of work due to sudden overloading (in case). So,its best to buy good quality pump.

Does anyone use anything other than shurflo or flojet?

So far my shurflo has done me 3 and half years and counting
