Possibly Buying A Small Round

Did he say why he wants to sell in.

In my experience, people sell off the cr@p they dont want.....

If he wants £100 for it just do it. If he wants £1000 for it, id politely move on......

Is it going to be more hassle than its worth? Could you take it o and then just sub it to a guy, or get a young lad on it?

If its a full round, id buy it then take someone one to cover it and just take the money......

To me that doesnt stack up. If you have 8 lads, why would you possibly sell a round and sack them? Its a risk mate, but wouldnt be for me. If he's got 8 blokes.... what's to stop any one of them going and knocking on the doors once he's sacked them! and saying "hello i used to clean your windows before that tos*er sacke me, but now ive set up on my own..... can i do the work?" - Then youve paid for work and he'll take it for nowt......

The only ay to do it is to get all his current cleaners to sign a restricted practice document which says they cannot canvass for work within two years of it being sold to you.

I have these clauses in all of my workers contracts anyway, so they can't stiff me!

I know all of his workers, 3 of which are friends. Ive known the guy for over 4 years.. He selling part of his round becasue he cant afford to have 8 full time employees. Hes only paying them 35.00 - 37.50 a shift just now.

Buy the round and take on one of his men. The round gotta be worth more than £35 a day!!!!
There all useless, well not up to my standard anyway. They never turn up, or are still ruff from the weekend. The do a poor job too. Sill are left dripping andthey hardly scrim. Its like a friday job but every day. If you know what I mean lol

I just want about 500 quids worth of work from him.

Yeah I know, The lowest prices he as is where i live 3.30. That is ****. I have a feeling thats what he wants to sell me. He has said a few other locations which I have checked out, houses are bigger and private so im assuming the prices are better. I wont know til have a look over his books. Im not in any rush, Im happy with what I have now. I do want more work but dont need it. So I can be choosey.

Ive paid for 2 rounds so far, low amounts, One was pure rullocks so sold it, made (1.2k profit) I bought another, it made 345 pounds a month. I paid 800. Its the best part of my round! can make an easy 20+ per hour. This is the only part of my round that I could get away with not collecting either.

thats good then

Its like hit or miss really isnt it mate

just got to take the gamble... once you take the gamble... just got to hope for best /emoticons/tongue.png LOL
