Thank you Mk so do i ,, I explain to them about wfp but often for the older person it is a bit to much to take in so a letter that they can read in there own time seems to go down well .

i say to my customers that i only use pure water ( cos they think its tap water some of them ) ..... so i tell them its better then liqquid... it kills germs more better .. and i tell them its bludy expoensive to purify the water ! and they be like argghhhhh i see /emoticons/smile.png and they havea big smile on their face thinking am doing a good job /emoticons/smile.png lol

I then tell them no streaks at all cos tap water will leave streaks /emoticons/smile.png

and thats it /emoticons/smile.png/emoticons/tongue.png

Yeah I too use this letter and explains it on my website. I have tailor made the letter to my company. It's great and the new customers love the letter letting them know what to expect on the first clean or so. Saying that 99% of the time the first clean comes up trumps.

Ive just told the 4 I do with the WFP that its pure water, it drys clear with no marks. You never knew one of them might google it
