so i knocked and knocked and got no no no no

and a man goes to me a company does all these flats i was like ohhhh just wasted my time !

thats a problem with flats, most are managed by a company that sorts all the cleaning etc out.

yeah them 2 blocks of flats i got asked about was with a management company

but the ex windy wanted me to give him a quote so he could pass it onto the company and i was like nah forget it .

i know what your game is mate i quote you then you put a bit ontop for yaself so forget that .
