I think its good these are being crash tested! I know I'll be getting mine fitted by the pros when that time comes. I'm pretty **** at DIY anyway! Lol

A group who turned up to the Impact43 training I was in last week admitted they had been travelling around with a 1000 litre tank on nothing but a pallet in the back!! /emoticons/ohmy.png

wheatie your like me u dont like diy'ing lol

i met a lad down my area he had pure freedom system fitted he payed like 2 n a half grand ! it looked very good and professional

I would like to DIY mate lol, but would be good to get a pro to fit it as I'm not that good at the DIY stuff. But everyone's pretty helpful on here so may learn a few things lol.

I'll be DIY ing mine when the times come.

One thing you really should do is mount the water tank central and not on the over hang of the rear axel.

I get so many claims at work where a van has lost control and hit a tree or something.... All because they mounted the weight either to one side or beyond the rear axel.

You don't need to be a pro diy'r... You can buy a tank frame for £165 eBay.. And just take somewhere like a van conversion place of mechanics and ask them to bolt it to the floor.. Get and auto spark to do your wiring. Everything else is just like connecting hoses.

I`ve been looking at professional systems as well and thats definately the way im going to go. I know its more expensive but when you are starting out if something breaks you are covered by a warranty. When you open a window cleaners van you can see the difference in a diy system and a pro system.
