Hi. I know the job has passed now, but for future ref, the house was that dirty for a reason, usually damp issues. We not only pressure wash houses, but seal the brickwork too. It allows moisture out, but not in. It has a 15 year life span, has Eco benefits too, saving money on house heating etc. It's a valuable add-on business and you earn anywhere from £250-400 profit per day, depending on the job. If it is less than £250.00 per day I don't do it. It's as simple as that.

If you want to know more about the product it is here: http://allaroundcleaningltd.co.uk/index.php/patio-driveway-cleaning-sealing/patio-cleaning-sealing

We mainly use it on patios because that is where the main demand is at the moment, but the primary reason it was made was for sealing buildings.

Products have moved on a lot, even over the last 5 years. This stuff we use is new to market but approved to bs and iso quality, a 5* product.
