well people i know its coming up to christmas, i just wanted to get this message out soon as realy, becouse this might be a the best christmass we have in the next four years.

right hear we go..................

if you dont no what im talking about any homes that have benerfits etc or people who carnt work due to ill health or what ever reason "all benerfit is caped at 500 quid" so if your jobs that has any one with job seekers or lone parent or disabilty reaches and there benefrit reaches over 500 then there gonna be screwed.

if your working and reciveing a deductions in rent or a reduce rate of housing benerfit and your reciving working tax credits or child tax creits or even both its going to be caped at the max 500 quid.

what indurstrys like ours are subsetable to rise and fall of inflation jobs and the movemnt of people and income realted.

many people enjoy once a week a chipy a pint etc. but when this is caped from next in wolverhampton alone all the retail indurtry will lose 17 million wolverhmapton is quite small to places like sheffield teeside manchester birmingham and the effect on the ecomany is going to hit hard.

at the momemnt becouse im not self employed and still claming and report any earns to jsa and trying to build my company up so that i can be self employed by january next year im expecting that i will lose around 5% of my income by this time next year.

also that ill probley losed 15% of my customers base due to finacial hardships.

the retail sector will be hit with a whammy becouse people wont be able to by goods like they usto.

"Mr Warren cites a Citizen’s Advice Bureau report on the impact of national welfare reforms on Wolverhampton, which estimates that between £70m and £120m will be lost to the local economy by 2017"

i no that most people will read this and think im crazy but im not i just wanted you guys to no that theres a storm coming and that every one will ride this in one way or the other.

must admit that it might have already started, i have lost one today due to them cutting back and the other window cleaner i work with at times he has lost 5-6 due to cutting back! not looking good!

im not quiting just revising what im about to do in the next year becouse like many windys on hear in the winter time can get a bit hard.

now just think that about next year every month its goning to be like winter, becouse from aprill its gonna get tough, i know that ill be claming working tax crdits and some time reduce rate of housing benerfit income related not jsa ill be still working,

but like a weather man just looking out for you guys.

Just canvass massive houses where people don't know what a credit crunch is!
well if you think about thoes big houses how many people canvass thoes houses trying to get there foot in the door i know for a fact there is a statly hall just outside of trimdon county durham that they have tones of phone calls selling etc.

you need to think what areas reduce the rate maby go back to tradinanal etc.

You don't want to reduce rates when everything else is rising in price! Houses are always getting built, people moving, you just got to creep about and get in there first. Commercial will always want clean windows.

Ill lose a house, Ill pick up more. Theres not a week gone by that I have been down houses, Income. Theres always been growth.

I tend not to pay attention so stuff like this to be honest...

As a window cleaner when your starting up or not got enough work to pay your rent or rainy days putting u out of work , u can claim housing and council tax benefit if ur self employed to help u with rent and council tax which a lot of people dont know about this , the one thing i dont really understand is can we claim working tax credits if u have no children?
