It wouldn't be the law that is 'fcuked-up' in the so-called 'rape' case you mention....that would be down to the evidence available at the time of being charged.

The NEWSPAPERS do not print, and YOU, do not know the full facts/evidence of the EITHER case, so how the '****' can the outcome of the courts decission be compared.

At the end of the day, if you think Great Britain is so fcuked-up, why not try living in another country....I've lived in a couple....they all have their faults.

You'll then realise that Great Britain IS a great place to be.

h,this world is not fair, and there is nothing man made or otherwise that says that this world has to be fair. The law of the land is there to hold everyone accountable, when they don't conduct themselves in a way that is considerable and respectful to others. Without society and its laws, rape and murder, would be an everyday possibility for all of us, it would be back to 'only the strongest survive'.

I don't believe that every law is perfect, and that is a true reflection on us, in my opinion, but I do know that there is allot of other countries out there that is not so privileged and fair as Britain is, and I feel lucky to be able to live the life I do. I understand that if everyone was to just throw rubbish away, what britain would look like, and why it is important that we don't do it. Any one instance is no big deal, but if everyone was to do it all the time, what would our nature reserves look like, our streets, parks, our homes, our places of work.

Can you imagine going to feed the ducks with your kids and seeing this...

show some more respect for your country, and how privileged you are, just because the world is not fair, it doesn't mean that you don't hold some responsibility for it.
