I do not damn believe it 2 yes 2 clamps broke on my ionics grafter today !!!!

that is 3 clamps in 3 weeks that i would of replaced .

Manufacturers need to get these damn problems sorted out and have aluminum ones made or a better composite material

its bad enough having 1 break at a time but 2 in 1 day takes the pee .

Note to self time, don't buy an Ionocs Grafter. Bit of a bummer that Gav if theres one bit that should be up to hard use it's that surely.

Never had an ionics, but here that problem quite a lot, they ought to have taken it on board by now

Well I spoke to Jason at ionics a few weeks back and apparently they have changed the clamps ?

How I don't know but they look the same as the ones that were on the pole originally .

ARC please call me ASAP and I will replace the clamps and provide some glue FOC. The problem was with our plastic clamp manufacturer using the wrong type of plastic which was too rigid and occasional snapped when tightened. Ionic's will replace these FREE and apologies for this inconvenient problem. We have thrown out all these clamps and replaced with the softer clamp which should have been supplied in the first place. We will also have a NEW clamp glue available in the next couple of weeks, it's been put under stress tests and field tested for months with no failures, so this should put the pole clamp issues to bed.

We also have a new Quality Manager who will stop any similar situations across all materials we purchase. Hope this answers you questions and again we are sorry for any failures and promise to put it right.

Can't beat that for customer service to be honest .

ARC call me on 07733113497 on Monday and I'll arrange for the goods to be posted.

Harunh - please note Ionic Systems whether Reach & Wash or Pure2o all come with "certification" to FMV 208 Safety Standards, we are still the only manufacturer to certify every install. No other supplier does any thing like this and think just because they show a video that it means they are safe. Brodex had theirs removed by the request of MIRA (reasons were not given) and Pure Freedom have only put theirs on You Tube when the test was carried out in May, which seems strange!!

Did you see how far the back of the van came off the ground!! Due to the system being installed against the bulkhead?? Again no certification or official MIRA statement outlining the findings. I'd love them to go the whole nine yards as its to the benefit of the users.

Sorry H I don't mean to **** on ya chips but you constantly seem to air views on products you know very little about / have never used :)

Well looks like Ionics are sending me a full set of clamps out as promised with a tube of sticky stuff to glue them on .

Can't be fairer than that can they !

Sounds like you've got a window cleaning/technical qualification and you've just been cleaning windows for 6 months. Have you got a certificate to show us?
