When doing my dads place I used nilco to rinse off the worst and used an old bottle of Upvc cleaner I had lying around, which was ok but not amazing.

Can anyone recommend a good one, I mean specifically for Upvc, ie not virosol

Thanks,

Dave

yes very well mate, sometimes mix it vith virosol but this does a good enough job by itself tbh

I've always tended to scrub em with a brush/scourer and some bicarb/ vinegar / ecover mix. Any black marks that that won't fetch off TFR or Acetate (nail polish remover) will do although not very green and I shouldn't use. Leave some virosol on there for a few minutes before I start the process though to fetch some off.

If it's really old plastic then can be a bugger to get a reasonable finish no matter what you try to use. At the end of the day you can only try your best but trust me some you will never get them clean as you would like.
