Lol no worries CnS!!

Size I don't need anything big really triple 5 meter reach ladders big enough and fit lovely on a fiesta van roof. Trad mostly and use a purfreedom trolly wfp which again fits no problem with 6 25ltr drums. I tow a 750ltr bowser that has a petrol jet wash on for jetting and can run the trolly from it for big jobs so don't need any thing big just want something newer really. The vw caddys a nice drive, just don't know what do go for lol

Don't mind me asking but how the devil can you tow a 750ltr bowser about with a fiesta as surely the combined weight of the trailer, pressure washer, bowser and water would weigh more than the legal towing capacity of that van?

I only quarter fill if using pure and carry a di ves for filling if needed, and If jetting on site I fill as I go, which is per agreed with custy on price. Tbh most of my jetting work is boats ether dry docked over winter or pre cleaning so I again fill as I go on site. After saying that the trailer is a light weight Horner bowser but if I was to fill it to the max forget being over max weight, I don't think my van would even pull of a standing start let alone down the road! It's a 14 diesel which couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding lol

Thinking about it smurf I carry all day every day 6 25ltr drums of water 8 if a day where I'm going to be busy or can't refill ( I got a few places around the island where I have a little agreement with hidden taps wink wink) with that and every thing else it soon mounts up! I'm going to have to have a look at the manual in the morning bet I'm close to the max weight without the bloody trailer!!!

I would go vw transporter or vw caddy if I had the money.

Most reliable solid vans you vans you could buy.

Probs can want the transporter so you can be ok on the weight side

I to am looking for a van as my estate bmw that I have been using just died!

I have owned a dispatch and traffic in the past and can't fault either. If you don't mind it being the old shape then you can pick up an 06 plate dispatch at a bargain price.

I use a pure freedom trolly and carry around 6 25l containers at a time.

I have just had a Peugeot partner on hire for a few days, hated it. It was noisey and I felt every bump in the road.

I have been looking at second had vw caddy. You can pick up an 05/06 plate with reasonable miles for around 3-4k

hi cns i just checked my transit its a tddi engine lucky enough , you had me worried about the tdci engine ,thanks for the information anyway
